Ballina Salmon Festival are running a special competition this year

The Ballina Festival Salmon Dish 
Date - Monday 6th September
Venue - Market Kitchen
Special Guest - Martin Shanahan (from RTE's 'Mad about Fish')

Inviting the ‘Wisest’ Chefs from Hotels & Restaurants in the Moy Region to create a unique and flavoursome twist on the infamous wild or organic Salmon.  Entry forms availale in the Festival office. Rules & Regulations Apply
